Scorecards visually represent the organisation’s themes, strategies and objectives and map PIs, Actions and Risks at each level in a hierarchical tree.
The Scorecard window is split into two, as in the screen shot below:
The Scorecard summary is shown on the top panel. The strategy tree is displayed on the bottom panel, containing a tree-based hierarchy of Theme, Strategy and Objective (or whatever hierarchy you would like) with PIs, Risks or Actions assigned at the lowest level in the tree. Clicking on a PI, Risk or Action in this tree opens up a notebook.
