Performance Indicators (PIs)

A Performance Indicator (PI) allows for the tracking and review of performance information. They will usually have a gauge to display the current result of the PI. They may also have minimum and maximum values and targets.

Creating

The search Performance Indicators list displays all the organisation’s Performance Indicators.

New Performance Indicators can be added to this list.

Note: The creation and configuration of Performance Indicators is covered in detail during your training.

Updating

Once Performance Indicators have been created, they may be updated using the PI Updates window.

This provides you with a list of all your PIs when they require an update. Entering the values in the list and saving the data will update the PIs with their latest values.
