Look at another Module
Feedback may be complaints, freedom of information requests, incidents, community calls for action, MP requests, compliments or any other type of request that you may receive.
Feedback can be linked to Actions to allow corrective action to be taken and then monitored through Pentana Performance.
Logging Feedback

The Feedback sub-menu has a button to allow you to log a new feedback item. This walks you through the Feedback wizard to enter the details of the item.

Updating
|
Pentana Performance displays the logged Feedback in a list which may be searched and filtered.
Clicking on the Feedback will open it to display the Feedback notebook.

The panels in the feedback notebook allow you to view the detail or information on:
•The people giving the feedback or Contacts •Correspondence Documents that have been created as part of the feedback •The History tab to show how the feedback has progressed with time |

Note: The Feedback module can be configured to match your own Feedback procedure, including the options available in the drop-down boxes and the levels through which the record travels. The configuration of the feedback module is covered in detail on the Feedback Training course.
