An Action is any task or activity that can be allocated to an individual and has a deadline date for completion. Pentana Performance manages these Action plans in one place. It tracks progress against project milestones. It fires alerts and reminders to relevant users for Actions approaching their due date.

Creating

The Browse Actions list displays all the organisation’s Action plans and provides a comprehensive progress tracking function.

Actions can be grouped into plans that are being used in the organisation such as Best Value Improvement Projects, Action Plans, Service Plans, &c.

New Action plans and Actions can be added to this list or moved from one plan to another.

Updating

Once Actions have been created, they may be updated using the Action Updates list.

This provides you with a list of all your Actions that require an update. Progress can be updated and notes added to the Actions on this list. Milestones and sub-actions may also be updated.
